PIKMAX is a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at G-Next Consumer Services Pvt Ltd, Building No 78, Okhla Phase – III, New Delhi, PIN – 110020, Delhi, India, is a retail company that offers various retail solutions, through its website www.pikmax.com, and it's mobile and tablet applications (“Platforms”).

 

A return scheme is offered by associated sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of an exchange, replacement, or refund is offered by the associated sellers to you. It might be possible that every listed product under a particular category may not have the same return policy. For listed products on the respective page, the replacement or return policy mentioned on the product page shall prevail over the present general return, exchange, and refund or replacement policy. Refer to the items and category-specific return policy on the respective product page for any exception to this return policy and the details given below

Free replacement will be provided within 2 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item.

Please keep the product intact, with original tags, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product, Non-Returnable - All Wind Instruments (Harmonicas, Flutes etc.) These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal wellness. In case these products are delivered in damaged/defective condition or different from the ordered item, a free replacement shall be provided by the seller.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, your product may be trouble shooted either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 2 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

 

FAQs About Return & Refunds 

When a return cannot be initiated?

Returns are not possible in cases where a mandate of NO Return Policy has been produced by the seller, due to reasons like hygiene, etc. The returns are not possible after the timeline of returns has lapsed. There are a few products that are listed under the No Return Policy:

  • Intimate wear, Lingerie, Innerwear, Freebies, Swimsuits, etc. for hygiene reasons
  • Beauty & Personal Care products as mandated by the seller
  • Already installed products, as mandated by the seller
  • Products with missing tags or tampered, as mandated by the seller
  • Personalized products like engraved items etc., as mandated by the seller.

 

Do I have to return the freebie received with the product when returning the original product?

Yes. Any freebies, gifts, or gift vouchers (GC) shall be returned when returning the original product. 

 

What is the pick-up process?

Process for initiating a return:

  • Within 2 days of reception of the product, call our call center at: 9289143115
  • All the tags and the bill should be intact
  • The product should be unused
  • The call center executive will initiate the return self-pickup
  • The product will be picked up within 7 days of the request

 

I have received the product but cannot see the option to return it. What shall I do?

It may take some time to update the delivery status. Please wait for 48 hours and then you can request a return. 

 

My return request has been rejected. Why?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but seems like the reason you have given does not fulfill the conditions of our return policy.

 

What is the mode of payment for a refund?

All the refunds are credited back to the original mode. In case of a COD, we will transfer the payment to your bank account via, NEFT. 

 

What are the details you need for NEFT?

We need the following details to initiate an NEFT:

  • Name
  • Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • IFSC Code
  • Branch Name

 

*PIKMAX will initiate a refund only after a QC of the returned product. PIKMAX is not liable to make any refund or return for a product that is found used partial offer, tags not intact or damaged or any missing item from the Combo or Offer. 

 

Customers may initiate a request within 2 days of delivery. PIKMAX team will confirm a refund within 72 hours of receiving a request for a refund after due verification at its sole discretion on certain product quality and status parameters as the product being used, partial Offer, tags not intact or damaged, or any missing item from the Combo or Offer. 

 

Refund will be processed and credited through amount or GC to the customer within 30 working days of debiting logistic charges (Delivery and pick up charges). GC (Gift Coupon/code of the same amount will be given to the customer which can be redeemed on the next purchase on PIKMAX.
